We need raffle prize donations for our Encouragement Meet desperately. If you work somewhere or know a business that may be prepared to donate a gift voucher or goods or even cash for sponsorship it would be much appreciated.

The less money we need to spend, the more money we can raise for the AIS Camp.

Companies who donate prizes or cash will have their logo advertised in our newsletters and on the website.

The 2017 Kings Encouragement Meet will be held at Toorak College and is open to registered and non-registered swimmers.

This a compulsory meet for all Kings Swim Club members. Talk to your coach about which events you should be entering and get your entry in.

Information for Kings Swim Club Parents

We need as many Kings Swim Club members and parents as possible to help with the setup, pack up and throughout the day to make it a success. We need 4 or 5 Frankston parents to come down at 7:30am and help us set up Marquees, Tables, BBQ Area and Chairs as you are close to the venue. We also need 4 or 5 Narre Warren parents to help out for an hour or so after the meet and help pack everything up and put it all away.

We will once again be sending out a roster for Time Keeping and for the BBQ. Last year we had three shifts and we rostered according to when your child was swimming for example – parents with younger swimmers that would be swimming in the first events were on the first shift and those with older swimmers on the last shift as their swimmers were in the last events. If you are able to do more than one shift please let us know. Also if you have more than one parent (or helper) available for the day that would be available to cover another shift it would greatly appreciated.

Parent volunteers required to help with this BBQ at Bunnings in Cranbourne.

All funds raised will go towards the AIS Camp in October.

We need as many families as possible helping out to make this a success. This is a good way to fundraise without asking members to put their hands in their pockets. All we need is 1 hour and 40 minutes of your time for the day.

The shifts are as follows:

9.00am – 10.40am
10.30am – 12.10pm
12.00pm – 1.40pm
1.30pm – 3.10pm
3.00pm – 4.40pm

A roster will be published closer to the date.


Normal training sessions will resume on Monday 23rd January at both Frankston and Narre Warren pools.

Our last session for this year will be Friday 16th December for Frankston and Saturday 17th for Narre Warren. We will then resume training on Tuesday January 3rd for our summer program. Over the next week or so each swim club family will receive a box of chocolates to sell. This year we have two varieties so you will either receive a box of Frogs or a box of Variety Bars – each box contains 50 chocolates to be sold for $1.00 each. Please sell your chocolates and return the payment with your child’s name clearly written on the supplied envelope to a Committee Member by 10th November 2016 so that your payment can be marked off. If you are able to sell more than one box please feel free to do so.
